/ Company — Made for the long run

Built to last, not to throw away.

The most sustainable gearbox is the one that never needs replacing. That is why we design for decades, modernise instead of swapping out, and manufacture where we can take responsibility: in Austria.

/ Our principles

For us, sustainability means
substance.

No buzzwords — but decisions we repeat in every single project.

/ 01 — Design

Building for decades.

Our gearboxes are dimensioned for the real load spectrum and a long service life. What runs for decades saves material, energy and downtime — the biggest environmental lever lies in the design.

/ 02 — Retrofit

Modernise instead of replace.

A large part of our service work consists of overhauls and retrofits — including gearboxes from other manufacturers. Continuing to use existing substance conserves resources and is often faster and more economical than buying new.

/ 03 — Regionality

Short distances, clear responsibility.

Development, manufacturing and service under one roof in Marchtrenk, Austria, with suppliers preferably from the region: this shortens transport routes and keeps value creation and know-how in the country.

/ In everyday practice

What that means in concrete terms.

Spare parts instead of replacement gearboxes

Repairability.

We re-manufacture spare parts — to original specification or via reverse engineering. This keeps even legacy plants economically alive instead of being replaced entirely.

Maintenance & condition analysis

Predictive operation.

Regular inspection and condition analysis extend service life and prevent unplanned outages — and precisely adjusted drives lose less energy to friction.

Materials & circularity

Careful handling.

Metal chips, oils and packaging are collected separately on site and sent for recycling or proper reprocessing — steel as a material stays in the loop.

/ Responsibility

As a company
in the region.

For us, sustainability does not end with the product: we train apprentices at our site, keep partnerships with customers and suppliers going for decades, and continuously invest in a more efficient machine park in Marchtrenk, Austria.
